I hope that everyone has enjoyed good health during the past week.
So far, you should have done the following:
A. POINTERS: Revised at least 1/2 of the items on the list.
B. HOLIDAY PACK: Completed the following
- Punctuation: Fidge p. 18 white block memorised.
- Grammar: Know nouns from adjectives in the list; know the spelling of each. (Optional: made flash cards for yourself, digital or on card board.)
- Comprehension: Rooke + Law, pp. 39-41 in a copy book or on a sheet of paper, ready to hand in on the 3rd.
- Creative writing: REPORT finished for Fidge p.34, in a copy book or on a sheet of paper, ready to hand in on the 3rd.
- READING: Finished Reading Journal entry in the Reading Journal Copy Book, or on a sheet of paper.
- Vocabulary: mastered the list in terms of meaning and spelling, ready for the vocabulary quiz on the 3rd of December. Write out the words and their meaning in the Vocab. Copy Book or on a decent sheet of paper that you can hand in.
- Connectives (for creative writing): memorised 1/2 the sentences on the hand-out if you had less that 80% on the most recent monthly assessment.
